3. Live studios

   Facilitators alternate lecture bursts with pod breakouts. Cameras optional; microphones respect office norms.

4. Milestone reviews

   Each third session ends with a storyline checkpoint table reviewed aloud so gaps surface early.

5. Close and archive

   Recordings wind down, facilitators deliver a one-page cohort memo, and you decide what stays internal.
